Move the red disc counterclockwise to the desired time interval. The disc diminishes as the time elapses until no red is visible on the time face. The MOD also sports a clear lens over the red disk to protect the disk from sticky or curious fingers, while adding an element of style. Manufacturer recommends adult handling.
