These Yellow-Backed Thermometers are partial-immersion. They have a Celsius scale of -20°C to 110°C and a Fahrenheit scale of 0°F to 230°F. They are approximately 11.75" (300mm) long. This thermometer is filled with alcohol instead of mercury for safety purposes and comes in a protective plastic tube. It is helpful for reading temperatures in the lab. Includes a thermometer sleeve used to keep our glass thermometers from rolling off a table top.

Easy-to-read thermometer measures Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature accurately. 2" x 6" plastic backing. (NOTE: Theremometer cannot be used in boiling water. The maximum temperature use is 60 degrees Celsius.)
